Certains salariés licenciés de Flextronics Châteaudun ont entamé une procédure devant les prud’hommes de Châteaudun. Une trentaine de dossiers, concernant la section cadres, a été examinée le 9 octobre 2008. Les anciens salariés récusent leur licenciement " pour cause économique ". La cellule de reclassement piloté par Altédia est également dénoncée pour son inefficacité. Les compensations financières demandées par les avocats vont de deux mois à 40 mois de salaire brut. Prochaine audience des prud’hommes le 24 novembre, pour la section industrie (non cadres).
L’inquiétude prédomine face au reclassement des salariés. Les mesures lancées pour l’instant sont inefficaces, seulement une dizaine de salariés ont retrouvé un CDI dans le bassin dunois. 221 personnes sont encore sur le carreau.

all-share takeover of Flextronics International Ltd. (FLEX).
In the deal, Jabil Circuit will offer 3 of its shares for every Flextronics share, which is roughly equal to
$19.74 per Flextronics Share based on Jabil Circuit’s closing price on Friday November 28th.
